Owner & Stylist
Janel is co-owner and stylist with Carissa. She's been a passionate hair stylist for over 20 years, specializing in superb cuts, color and custom highlighting. She is a cutting expert of all hair types and a color and balayage master. She's certified in Straightening services and the American body wave. Janel continues education on a regular basis to keep current with the latest hair trends. She will make your dream hair come true while keeping it beautiful and healthy. When you book with her you'll feel listened to, cared for, and prioritized.

Carissa Wellman
Owner & Stylist
Co-owner with Janel, Carissa has over 15 years of professional experience, specializing in balayage and many other highlighting techniques. In addition to specializations, she’s Brazilian Blow-Out certified and always educating herself on new trends and techniques. She loves doing color correction and prioritizing the integrity of your hair so that you leave with healthy, shiny hair every visit. When you're in her chair, her humor and warm personality will make you feel like you're chatting with an old friend.
Fun Fact: As one of her many hidden talents, she loves to cook.
Nancy Patterson
Apprentice Stylist & Senior Assistant
Nancy is our stylists' assistant and apprentice stylist. She started working here five years ago and quickly fit right in with our team. As a senior assistant, she keeps our salon running smoothly and organized and makes our stylists's jobs much easier. She also works with her own clients and loves to do weddings and events as well as all types of color and highlights. She has a natural knack for the art of hair and makeup, she also has a passion for people and you will find her a pleasure to be with. When you book with her you will feel informed and cared for.
