Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice.
Our Policy:
- If you are more than 20 minutes late for your service a no show fee of 50% of the total of your booked service will apply.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment a 25% fee will apply to your service total.
- Cancellation and no show fees will be sent as an invoice.
- If invoice isn't paid within 48 hours you will be removed from our system and won’t be able to rebook with us.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
